Non-western history recommendations?

I enjoy reading/watching history, however most of it is euro/western centered. I'm looking to broaden my horizons a little bit, so I'd like to try something different. I find Chinese history quite interesting, but anything is fine as long as it's interesting and well written.

For reference: I recently read Rubicon by Tom Holland, which I really enjoyed.
