Hii, I'm looking for a book (Obviously). I don't want it to be just about romance, I love those dangerous crime books that have romance but it's not just about it.
I liked the book Naked in death by J.D.Robb but for me there was little tension and danger and the mcs got together too fast. I love the slow burn when the case is dangerous and something happens to one of the mcs and the other is worried about them and saves them and I'm sure you know what I mean;)
I'm also kind of tired of the fmc being the main detective, I love it, yes, but right now I read/watched so much of it and I want the fmc to be surviving victim, suspects, lower-ranking agent, just anything other than the main detective that is in charge.
