I am looking to get my uncle(50) a book for Christmas. He is a retired military man who kind of struggles a little with social interactions. I’m more so looking for a self-help book but not trying to scare him with anything too spiritual or grandiose. It just seems like he doesn’t really know himself & has always done the things that society has told him he should do. I’d like to dip his toe into the world of choosing & figuring out who he truly is, or who he wants to become. If anything comes to mind, I would greatly appreciate it!!! 🙂
