Hello dear community
I am looking for a book that helps you in deciding if you want to stay in a given situation or leave it. Be it job, relationship, etc.
I know, in the end it is very individual and boils down to ones own experiences but maybe someone read a book that helped you/ gave yourself a new perspective?
I mainly prefer nonfiction, maybe also scientific literature. But if you found a fiction book very helpful i am happy with those advices as well.

Well, this isn’t a book, but it’s kinda cool and it’s about making a decision.

The Book of two ways by Jodi Picoult
Atomic Habits. It’s not directly about “decision making” in the way you’re describing, but it is about how our daily decisions (habits) create our life and how to make/keep habits.
