So, the title seems odd, but hopefully it will make sense. I'm in a long distance relationship and my girlfriend tends to go to sleep earlier than me, she absolutely loves my voice and always tries to get me to talk, but I'm a really boring guy, so I don't know what to talk about, so I suggested I read something to her when she wants to sleep. I do enjoy reading, but I haven't read anything other than manga in years.
So I'm looking for a book, preferably that I can read through my mobile, I don't have a set budget or genre, although I'm leaning more towards fantasy, but I don't want it to be so engaging that she can't sleep because she's too invested or that I have to fight not to read ahead when she does sleep.
