Suggest me a book similar to ‘Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow’, by Gabrielle Zevin

I usually love books that are more to do with characters than plots such as Sally Rooney books or anything like that and don’t get me wrong I love the character building in Tomorrow x3 but the story is so good and I’ve been having a craving for something similar to that like a book I can’t put down because the story is just so good and gets me emotionally invested. So if anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate hearing them! Thank you!! (Please do not recommend Project Hail Mary I have already read it due to the sheer amount of times it’s been suggested in this subreddit and thought it was okay)
