Title. I’m an individual contributor in my job and have trouble in controversial, professional talks. Such as reporting violations, addressing liabilities etc. So I’d like any good book recommendations for this on professional/corporate communication and handling confrontations.

**The Goal** by Eli Goldratt. Not about corporate communication specifically, but about maximizing efficiency at scale, which includes communication.
