Hi!! I’m a literary translation student, and I have two big exams coming up in January. I need to translate a science fiction story and a horror story from English into Latin American Spanish. Each story can be up to 5000 words, but since I’ll only be translating a portion, I’m totally open to longer works.
I’m specifically looking for independent authors—self-published, amateur, or not widely known—who have shared their stories in anthologies, blogs, or online platforms. Ideally, the stories shouldn’t already be translated into Spanish, as the goal is to work on texts that haven’t been localized before.
This is strictly for academic purposes. We sometimes collaborate on larger literary translation projects if all parties are interested and share everything with out professors to work on the stories throughout the course but for now, this is just personal research to develop my skills and build a indie library!!
Feel free to drop links, titles, or any info!!! Thanks so much! 😊
