    Suggest me a book based on my most recent reads

    I just recently got back into reading, and here are the books I’ve recently read/am currently reading.

    • The Lord of The Rings/The Hobbit/The Silmarillion
    • Animal Farm
    • 1984
    • A Brave New World
    • The Count of Monte Cristo (currently reading and it’s fantastic).

    I tried the wheel of time but I just couldn’t get into it

    Basically I just want to get a head start on finding my next book since I’m flying through monte cristo, so…

    suggest me a book based on my most recent reads.

      I read TCOMC and East of Eden back-to-back about two years ago, and loved them both. Thinking about it, I believe I also followed 1984 with Brave New World…after those, you might try Upton Sinclair’s “They Call Me Carpenter.”
