Can anyone recommend some good fiction books with a focus on a transmasc character? I don't really mind if they're specifically nb or a trans guy!
I feel like most of the fiction books I come across are based on trans femme characters, which is great, but I want to read something relatable 😭
I just finished reading Bellies by Nicola Dinan which was an anazing book focusing on a transwoman and her ex boyfriend through university and beyond.

Bellies is so amazing! I love genderqueer fiction but unfortunately I have trouble finding transmasc fiction as well. however I have this saved thread with a lot of recs: [Fiction books with trans male characters (or trans masc non-binary)? : r/booksuggestions](https://www.reddit.com/r/booksuggestions/comments/10zyygj/fiction_books_with_trans_male_characters_or_trans/) hope you find some good ones here 🙂
My time to shine 🙂
A Shot in the Dark by Victoria Lee might be closest to Bellies, it’s more of a romance with a transmasc mc but also looks at additcion.
Confessions of the Fox by Jordy Rosenberg is a really unique historical fiction where a present day academic is investigating a thief in Victorian England, a bit weird but fun to read.
Ponyboy by Eliot Duncan is literary, mc is self destructive, addict, so kind of a bleak read.
A lot of people like Aidan Thomas’s books – a bit too YA for me but might be worht checking out. Andrew Joseph White along a similar YA line but much more gory – heavy body horror.
