I've read a lot of H.P. Lovecraft, Algernon Blackwood, R.W. Chambers, and Laird Barron books. So here I am asking for any help to find either a new author or books that fit the bill.
I really enjoy the whole psychological horror aspect of "we're so small compared to what is out there". Or trauma turned horror type as in Gerald's Game.
One Ive been looking at is Between Two Fires by Christopher Buelham. If anyone has read this please let me know if it fits.
Audiobooks available in Canada are mu h appreciated as I spend a lot of time outside of areas where I can read.
