Looking for a book to read with my book club. The club is for adults with disabilities and each week we read the book aloud together. Average reading level is about a 3rd grade level but would love a book with a more universal subject than typically found at this level (books at this level seem to revolve around children and childhood experiences). Bonus if it's under 150 pages. Last book we read was The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Open to short story collections and plays as well. Thanks!
