Suggest me a book like Supacell on Netflix?

I just finished binge watching Supacell and it was so good! I would love book recommendations that are similar, people with abilities, kidnapping, gang activity, maybe some romance trickled in! I don’t typically read fantasy/sci-fi but I’d love to give it a try.
