I'm on the hunt for books that evoke the feeling of an English winter. Books you can read whilst curled up listening to Mediaeval Baebes. Some books of this type that I enjoy include Beowulf, Sir Gawain & the Green Knight, The Box of Delights, the Magicians trilogy, and Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. I'm currently reading Doomsday Book, Over Sea Under Stone, and Marc Morris's The Anglo-Saxons.
