I love the seven realms, falling kingdoms, throne of glass, codex alera etc. I dislike acotar. I don't want it too spicy. I don't mind some spice though. I love the arranged marriage and enemies to lovers trope.
No sad endings please. Complete series are preferred. I gotta use six audible credits by next week.

Have you read Forth Wing by Rebecca Yarros? It was one of my favorites I read last year, though I’m a sucker for the basic YA fantasy books😅
