Suggest me a book like ‘A Court of Thornes and Roses’

I love the book series, the romance, character building, etc., but I'm looking for something more adult/mature.

I'm trying to find good romance/fantasy book series that have more adult writing and better character building. Similar to Way of The Kings, but for romance/fantasy
