I read a lot of middle grade, so I should probably have more than one because those are quick reads. But the only book I ever remember reading without stopping to do anything else is Rebecca Stead's When You Reach Me. Still a top 5 book for me and I've since reread it a handful of times. But that first time I could do nothing else.
Anyone have any experiences like that?

Animal Farm by George Orwell. Read it in one day when I was in high school.
Deathly Hallows, when it first came out, but it took ALL day. Ocean at the End of the Lane, but it’s short and Art of Racing in the Rain because I had all day and it was compelling.
When I was a teenager, I’d read Point Horror books in one sitting all the time. Usually when I was babysitting. They were super-quick reads – easy to go through one in just a couple of hours.
Many times. Most recently, I Who Have Never Known Men.
They Both Die At The End….read that in a single sitting/day. Easy read, kept me interested, and overall a good read.
I have just one one-sitting (or at least one-day) book too: Demon Seed by Dean Koontz.
