Suggest me a book that gives advice on how to deal with a complicated mother-daughter relationship

My mother couldn't step up to be a proper parent due to various reasons and treated me (unlike my brother) with a lack of warmth and love that continues to negatively impact me. I will consult a therapist about this, but waiting lists for therapy are long where I live and my financial options regarding privately funded therapy limited so I need self-help options.
