Im looking for non-fiction books about reunification/repatriation of the concentration camp survivors, and the logistics of caring for hundreds of thousands of people needing critical care and services.
There are, of course, so many books about the Holocaust, but not many about the aftermath.

I’m not sure if this’ll totally fit your brief, but I just started “Aftermath” by Harald Jähner. It’s about Germany 1945-1955. It follows some of the people who were part of the Nazi resistance and trying to reconstruct the country.
