Hello, I'm looking for fiction books with a beautiful writing style that deals with themes of art, beauty, philosophy and has a protagonist that is involved in the art world somehow, I think it must be easier to find books like this that talk about painters, but different creative fields or profession/hobby is very welcome. Thanks in advance!

The Moon and Sixpence by Somerset Maugham
Biography of X
*Martyr*! by Kaveh Akbar’s protagonist is a poet/writer, but another main character is a visual artist. It is very beautifully written. (Akbar’s also a poet. This is his first novel).
AHHHHHHHHHHHH OH MY GOD PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. “The Picture of Dorian Gray” is one of the BEST books ever written. it’s about a painting, it’s about beauty, philosophy, youth, and corruption. reading it changed my life. god i could talk about it forever but it’s just such an incredible book— the only novel Oscar Wilde ever wrote!!! it’s written in a style that is very unique, but it’s so engaging!!!!!! the writing style is beautiful. i have seven copies of the book, and in the copy i allow myself to annotate, almost every other page has a highlight because it’s so damn quotable. it’s not directly about painters? but art and paintings are a HUGE theme in the book, and a painter is a very prominent character who has an important relationship with the main character.
THE SONG OF THE LARK by Willa Cather is about the artistic development of a young opera singer
