I been wanting to get into a series that would match my love for those three, but it's been difficult. I tried Malazan,Suneater,John Gwynne, Ryan Cahill and Robin Hobb's first trilogy. While I did enjoy them, I don't love them. To tell the truth I'm not exactly sure what is it about those three books I adore that I can't find anywhere else. Decided to take a break from long series and just read standalones(horror mostly) now trying to get back into it. Hoping someone with the same taste can guide me.

Have you read the Kingsbridge books by Ken Follett (starting with Pillars of the Earth). I know it’s not Fantasy/Sci-Fi, but it scratched the same itch for me as ASOIAF. Epic books which really transport you to another time and place. I think there are 5 books now including a prequel, all taking place in a different part history in a fictional town in England.
After you’ve read ASOIAF nothing else really hits the same I’ve found. Have you read the Dunk and Egg Novellas? To be honest I reread ASOIAF every year, starting in 2010 and I still find new things in them every time.
I wasn’t personally a fan of the Dune books, but a lot of my Thrones fan buddies rave about them so maybe you could give them a shot?
You might want to try the *Black company* books by Glen Cook. The later ones in particular satisfy a pretty unique craving for me. It’s not the same vibe as the ones you mentioned but I think it feels adjacent.
Try some Brandon Sanderson. Mistborn trilogy, and The Stormlight Archive series are amazing. The Stormlight Archive is somewhat similar to ASOIAF in a way that it has several massive books (5 so far), and it’s written from several POVs like ASOIAF
