Hii mates im a begginer to reading , yeah i know i know its sounds wierd but I'm mentioning this because i want u guys to suggest me a book accordingly. ues tht one book u can say it was worth my time i really enjoyed it.
I personally loved the Throne of Glass books from Sarah J Maas and Nevernight by Jay Kristoff. Also Witchunter by Virginia Boecker.
Those are all fantasy books tho, Idk if it’s ur type

The master and the margarita, last book I read and really enjoyed it f you would like to get a bit into Russian literature
Also white nights if you prefer a short book to get into Dostoyevsky

I enjoyed The Alchemist.
