I want to find the scariest or greatest haunted house book written in the last 10-20 years. doesn't have to strictly be a house, could be another haunted location. i'm looking for pure creep factor, scares, and nightmare fuel.
i'd also prefer it be set in the modern age, so no gothic castles or anything like that. also not House of Leaves. thanks everyone 🙂
