I am almost done with the fourth wing and the iron flame book series by Rebecca.
if there's any books out there that's similar. It doesn't have to have mature contact in it.
I love the idea of the relationship between humans and dragons that could coexist.
My favorite anime is fairy Tails if that theme helps

The Dragon Ring by Dave Freer followed by The Dog and Dragon by Dave Freer.
The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini is hands down my favorite dragon story. YA, but amazing

There’s a dragon and ‘Dragonborn’ in the Bloodsworn Saga by John Gwynne. A bit darker than the other works you cited tho.
The Dragon Riders of Pern is the OG telepathically bonded dragon series. The author is Anne McCaffrey.
The Temeraire series by Naomi Novik is also wonderful.
