I'm in a very specific reading mood so I'm hoping the hive mind can help me find something that scratches this itch.
I’d love to read about characters who deeply care for each other and where the main conflict is external and they stick together through it. It can be angsty and dramatic (though I’d prefer if it’s not overly gore-y) but I want the central relationship to be their lifeline and not part of the problem, if that makes sense? Platonic, familial or romantic relationship – I don’t really care as long as they love each other. Could also be a found- family type group of people.
Basically, characters being totally ride or die for each other while the world burns around them. A happy ending would be the cherry on top but is not a must, I’m also open to a bit of tragedy.
