I like it, I like enough to try & work on an idea to apply, grow, and sell. It is a dream of mine to become a creator who sold idea(s) for a hundred grand or even millions. I don't expect to be the next unicorn.
That is my primary motivating goal for seriously working on an idea in my free time, other than the daily grind to stay up to date. I don't expect to get there in the next 5 years. It is something very long term.
I have to mention that whenever I think of this, I think of the first episodes of "the playlist" where Daniel Ek (spotify's ceo) sells his online advertising company for 1.25m$
That is the exact level of career I'd be satisfied with for life.
