Hello, I am an English teacher working on developing my book spines for deeper reading in my classroom. Our unit topic is technology and how we need to be mindful of the impact that advancing technology can have on both society and the environment.
The goal is for the learners to understand that when examining whether or not technological advances are positive or negative that it is not black and white, but rather nuanced. One of the areas we are going to be looking is the use of AI and how it can help us with certain tasks, but also how it can be used to steal from authors and harm the environment.
If anyone has some suggestion for a children’s book that they think would be appropriate that would be very much appreciated.
