      Atomic habits by James Clear. I am in the middle of reading it and there are a lot of ‘aha’ moments. It is a nice read as well!

      It’s super basic habit-building techniques, but perhaps that’s the clear-cut, step-by-step motivation you need.

      Yeah, I wish I could recommend a book (Atomic Habits – as mentioned elsewhere) but I’m not sure if what you’re looking for can really be learned like that.

      I think your best bet would be to get plugged into a community of like-minded individuals so you can keep each other on track
