Hi everybody!
I'm looking for a horror book that leans into the classic, Gothic side of the genre.
Haunted mansions, restless ghosts, dark cemeteries, maybe even a mummy or vampire—those are the vibes I'm after. I'm open to both modern and older books, as long as they really capture that timeless horror feel.
For reference:
• I loved Dracula, Frankenstein, The Haunting of Hill House, and most of Edgar Allan Poe's works. Love Stephen King! Have read the majority of his works.
• I'm not a big fan of Grady Hendrix or Stephen Graham Jones-just not my cup of tea. Romance isn’t great for me either.
Give me something good!
