Helloo
I’m not a very good reader, but I’m trying to find a book along the philosophy/self help/perspective route. I want one that’ll change the way I view life and help me become a happier, more rounded human. It doesn’t need to explain the entire works of a specific philosopher but I think it would be interesting having philosophical ideas in it. In the same stream, im not sure a book completely on self help with questions and everything would be as good if ygm.
I’ve seen people mention that “the courage to be disliked” is a good book? What do you guys think? Are there any other ones you think are good?

Sophie’s World: A Novel About the History of Philosophy by Jostein Gaarder is a story of a girl finding out about different philosophers. It helped me see the big picture and decide who I was most interested in exploring next.
