Im currently reading a book / fanfic (don’t judge me) thats actually really well written. Its 1200+ pages and I have about 200 pages left and I can already feel the sadness that comes with the ending of a book with character investment. So I need a book that I can have ready on the sidelines to pull me out of the slump when the time comes, but then I need another book that is just so good, anything will do preferably with a romance subplot to put me back in a slump. Call me a masochist but I haven’t felt the little pang of sadness when nearing the end of a book for a long time and imo that means it’s a good fckn book, with really well written characters.(spice levels don’t matter could be 0-10 as long as there’s a plot)
