need help finding a fiction book that’ll get me hooked (suggest me a book)

i’ve (19F) been struggling to find a good fiction book that’ll get me hooked onto the story. i’ve only ever been interested in non fiction and its the only genre that helps me finish a book for some reason (non fiction books like feminism, asian/african american history, etc.) i can’t seem to get myself into fiction, but i really want to. i’ve tried reading horror or romance fiction books and it just seemed boring to me i wasn’t able to finish it. my favorite movie genres are definitely horror (especially psychological thriller/horror), crime, and sci fi though it doesn’t seem to translate well for me in books or maybe i just haven’t found the right book. i just need some help!
