I am looking to download books, where can I get them
I have been trying to change over from real books to kindle but don’t want to pay for the books
Is there anywhere like pirate bay where you can download books easily
If you want some free books that are in the public domain, you may be able to find them on the Project Gutenberg site, they have a lot of good classics.
Otherwise, don’t be a cheap ass and just buy some.

Sign up with BookBub—they’ll email you with free and deeply discounted books—tell them the genres and formats you want. I also second the library recommendation.

Check with your local library and ask what platform they use for borrowing e-books.

Every category page on Amazon’s Kindle best-seller will have the top 100 free books. Some are permanently free. Some are only free for a few days as part of a deal. Going through the author’s official promos gives the author a ratings boost that helps their visibility. You can also subscribe to hundreds of newsletters that promote author giveaways. Here’s a reference list of places authors advertise: [https://kindlepreneur.com/list-sites-promote-free-amazon-books/](https://kindlepreneur.com/list-sites-promote-free-amazon-books/)
For more popular books and best sellers, your best bet is the library. Check out ebooks using the Libby App. I love getting audiobooks this way.
