I’m looking for suggestions for books that talk about how folks dealt with being a part of a resistance under a bad regime. Preferably non-fiction, but fiction is great too if it is well written.
When I am not interested in is anything to do with battles or military tactics, or the like. I have plenty of experience with that. I’m looking more for something about what common people did. What their experiences were like, and how they endured and made the most of it.
The recent Disney+ series Andor comes to mind as an example, but I’d love to read so much more

This might be a bit out there, but The Moon is a Harsh Mistress is all about the citizens on the moon forming a resistance against Earth’s rule.
