Hello! I am going to Puerto Rico for spring break and I am looking for a good book to read on the beach. I am newer in terms of reading so I don’t really know where to start! I have been reading “One Italian Summer” and have loved the connection and love between mother and daughter in that book. I am looking for a book that is similar to that, but still PG. Also, I would prefer if there wasn’t a straight romance and the main character was a woman. Open to WLW suggestions that don’t have sexual undertones. Also, I am not super into history, but could be open if there’s one that is really good. Thank you!
