I've heard mixed reviews about this. If anyone here has read it, can you provide a review ? Should an average person willing to learn about sleep read it ?
I went through guzey review (links are not allowed here) and it seems like the book isn't entirely accurate
I'd like to read a book on sleep. But not one filled with scientific jargons, something more simple and accessible which can help me cure my insomnia and get a better idea about sleep in general.
Looking for suggestions. TIA

This one is on my list as well as ‘The Sleep Revolution’ by Arianna Huffington.
If this book has mixed reviews, every book has mixed reviews. The book definitely answers the question why we sleep and why we should sleep enough. The book does mention and discuss insomnia and other sleep disorders. But I doubt it will help you cure insomnia. If you care about accuracy, you can always fact check each research and experiment the author mentioned.
