I just read A Man Called Ove and liked it. It was by Fredrik Backman.

Nah but seriously it depends on what you like in other forms of media

I like using goodreads and setting some reading targets. Tracking the progress and seeing the percentage you’ve read in each session is quite encouraging.
Also, just consistency. Even if it’s 10-15 mins a day, seeing the progress that can make may motivate you to elongate that reading window to longer or to twice a day.
Last thing; make sure to read things that are really exciting and engaging to you. I know this may seem very obvious but often time I’ve found myself reading something that I thought I may like or that other people recommended and I’m just trying it out. If it’s boring or in engaging it can be very off putting. There’s a time and place to read more challenging and patience testing things but not when motivation is at a low. Long story short; read for you, everything else can wait!
