I’ve read mostly non fiction lately with the occasional fiction here or there. Looking for a page turner for a pallet cleanser.
I’m a mid 30s male and usually enjoy true crime/mystery/thriller kind of stuff but I’m open to anything. Ideally something that’s just a good story and easy to get through.
Thank you!

If an older one is okay, I recommend Metzger’s Dog by Thomas Perry. A funny thriller.
Recently read A Thousand Splendid Suns and The Kite Runner, both by Khaled Hosseini. I found that both read like non-fiction and gripped me, it was like listening to someone telling you a real story about their life, The Kite Runner may be the best book I have ever read. Both are 10/10.
