Hello everyone! I'm looking to get back into reading, and what better way than with my favorite genre? In the past, I have read around 70 Agatha Christie books. this may or may not be all of her work in this genre. So, I'm looking for something similar!
Even though I'm open to anything, I do have a few preferences:
1- I'd prefer if the mysteries didn't have any supernatural or fantasy elements.
2- At the moment, I'd rather read fiction than true crime.
3- If possible, I'd like to have the chance to solve the crime myself before the story is over. Some books keep certain information from the reader, making it impossible to solve the case.
That's all! Thanks

You might like Camilla Lackberg. I’d recommend The Ice Princess as a starting point.
Vera Stanhope series by Ann Cleeves. On the lighter side, The Thursday Murder Club series by Richard Osman
Karin slaughter Grant county series. Or she has great stand alones as well. Pieces of her/ girl forgotten is a really good Two part series as well.
Tana French. She has connected but not sequential books around a police department in Ireland. Very good! https://tanafrench.com/
Veronica Speedwell series by Deanna Raybourne, Ian Rankin has a good series, Athelstan series by Paul Doherty is good as well.
