Hi everyone! I realized recently that I tend to stick to the same couple of genres and I would like to branch out. Could you give me any recommendations for your favorite books from the following genres?
-Historical nonfiction
-Historical fiction
-Western
-Fantasy/high fantasy
-Supernatural/paranormal
-Sci-fi
-Literary fiction
-Magical realism
I tend to reach for mystery/thriller, so I do love a good plot twist (but not being told there’s a twist lol). I prefer third person but don’t mind first. For now I would prefer standalones, but I’d be fine with a duology or a trilogy. Not looking for long series right now.
Any recs would be very much appreciated!
