Romantasy that doesn’t read like a teen wrote it

I absolutely LOVE the idea of romantasy, but I have not been able to find a book that isn’t extremely cringe-inducing. So many of these books are terribly written! I’ve read fanfiction that is way more gripping and mature with more convincing romance.

I’ve tried a few of the popular ones like Fourth Wing and ACOTAR and I just couldn’t do it. I’m not against certain tropes and witty banter and spice at all – I love these when they’re well written. I don’t even mind if the world building isn’t the best, I’m not picky at all. I can suspend my disbelief! I’m just asking for a fantasy with any level of romance (heavy on the romance or just a touch of it) that isn’t cringe. Heavy spice or no spice, doesn’t matter. I’ll appreciate any recs!
