I’ve always loved the idea of reading, but I’ve never been able to get into it. I feel like it’s a combination of just not finding the right books for me and trouble winding down to be in the headspace to read, but I think a good book would force me into that headspace.
I want to read more, so here I am asking for your help. I’m mostly interested in crime (fiction or nonfiction), mysteries, thrillers, and horror books that are not “cliche.” What are books you’ve read that you couldn’t put down that fit into one of these categories? Any good authors who have a bunch of good books in these spaces?
