My kid is 5yo started kindy this year. He goes through different social situations where the kids around him ,
1. Won’t let him play with something when they are not playing with that thing (toy/play kitchen etc) as well
2. While playing hide and seek or taking turn games , they leave the game in between without informing him.
(When he actually saw the other kid being alone and invited him to play with him)
3. Group of kids situation: they start to play with something and change games without telling him/inviting him.
How to guide your kid to handle different situations so he can stand up for himself and make good friends and handle tricky situations (how to respond when he faces them)
