Something with Silence of the Lambs vibes?

Just finished the None Shall Sleep series by Ellie Marney and in a book hangover.

Looking for something similar-ish. I want to read something where a series of murders is being solved by law enforcement or they’re searching for a known criminal/killer/escapee etc. I’d prefer a woman as the main character but it’s not a dealbreaker.

I really enjoyed the Silence of the Lambs vibes the series had so I’d like to find something with a similar feel and something with an interesting villain/hero dynamic.
