If you’re looking for actual mysteries, there are some classic series with romantic (or developing romantic) partners. The Tommy and Tuppence mysteries from Agatha Christie, the Lord Peter Whimsey series from Dorothy L. Sayers, and of course Dashiell Hammett’s Thin Man series.
