    I’ve always found that reading books and highlighting key passages helps me better understand and solve problems. I was diagnosed with mild anxiety and sometimes tend to catastrophize. When I open up or try to be vulnerable, I can become hypervigilant—scanning people, including my therapist, to assess whether they might be a threat or a good match. Does anyone have any book recommendations? Thanks!
