I am in my 50s, my mom in her late 70s and lives with me. Anyone have good recommendations for aging parents books they found help navigating this stage of life? There are so many published, hoping someone can narrow down the list foe something good. Thanks!

Being Mortal by Atul Gawande

Taking Away the Keys by Lane Buckman.
It has fun/sad/hysterical anecdotes coupled with a how to guide of navigating these waters.
Helping Yourself Help Others by Rosalynn Carter is a great book for care givers. As someone who was in the same boat until recently, take care of yourself, OP. It can be really tough. Strength to your arm!
