i’ve not found many other recs that funny/ like pratchett, gaiman, confederacy of dunces (this one was pretty good and doesn’t belong with this list, but not a love), sedaris, catch 22 etc
who are your favorite writers for depth, complexity, and laugh out loud humor that have something in common with the above listed?

I’ve had a hell of a time finding Ames. I read “I Pass Like Night” and was blown away. I’ve been to every bookstore with 20 miles of me and no one has his stuff. Def love recs like his as well.
