Hi, major Frankenstein freak here lol. Major. Looking for a book with a similarly profound meaning about the human condition. I really enjoy classics and books written in the 1800’s but it’s not a deal breaker. I like science fiction but nothing too fictional/unrealistic like vampires or ghosts. Other similar books I’ve read are Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (enjoyed it), The Picture of Dorian Gray (nothing to ride home about), Perfume (enjoyed it), and The Island of Dr. Moreau (too fictional for me). Can’t remember others rn
