Please suggest me fiction books by female authors that are unambiguously about the myth of the “perfect victim” and reactive abuse
Kind of like Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn but with less psychopaths and more realistic instances of victims fighting back without cartoonishly villainous plans?
*The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo*, by Larsson. I generally don’t like this genre but this one was engaging. (Not a female author, but I’ll leave this unless OP asks me to remove it.)
